We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we have made the returns so easy for you! And FREE for most countries!
We understand that sometimes purchases are not always right.
If you are eligible for a return, We will provide a refund upon your items return. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item and returned to us tracked.
If you require an exchange, replacement size or alternative item/s, you will need to fill in our exchange form including the needed size and Send it to us by email : email@example.com . Due to the fast turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee that we will have your preferred size/style in stock. If the needed size/item will not be available we will offer you a return option .
Once we receive your return, please allow 3 business days for your return to be processed.
How to return the package ?
1. Fill in the return form and Send it to us by email : firstname.lastname@example.org
2. We will send a local return FREE label via email to ship the item back to one of our local return warehouse for orders that were placed With any of these countries zip code :
Mainland territories of the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, Russia, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Brazil and Israel.
You will need to use the label and return it within 7 days as it has an expiration date.
*For Other countries that are not included in the above local return list - buyer would need to contact us so we can provide the nearest return address available for the required return and buyer will need to purchase the return lable . Original shipping fees are payable by customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
3.Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
4. Drop it at the nearest post office and Provide proof of returning : Take a picture of the package showing a clear pic of the return address and the tracking number on the package and ask the post office for a confirmation receipt showing the tracking and email both to email@example.com
5.Once we receive your return, please allow 3 business days for your return to be processed.
Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: jewelry and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.
Note for countries that are not included in local return list :The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable
REFUNDS FOR DAMAGED ITEMS
Please note, we do not issue refunds unless the item is deemed faulty.
For items deemed faulty, you must contact us within 7 days. If over 7 days have gone by since you have received your item(s), unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund/return. We can only offer refunds on items which arrived clearly damage (holes, rips, etc). We must approve your refund. If you break the item, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund/return.
For lost/stolen parcels, unfortunately the parcel is no longer our responsibility after it has been shipped. We will do our best to try to relocate your parcel, but ultimately it is the post office's job to ensure you receive your parcel. Please make sure you entered your correct address including your unit number if applicable.
75 Day Guarantee: If 75 days have gone by without an update on your given tracking number, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you a full refund.
